DELIVERY POLICY
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product isn't in stock at the time you place your order, we'll notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our app are only available for delivery to addresses in our delivery zone radius.

DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only, and are subject to when you accept and approve your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 minutes. However, we can't guarantee 15-minute delivery for every order. (But seriously, we'll try our very best.)

Your delivery time may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

DELIVERY RATES
Our delivery rates are subject to change, so it's a good idea to double-check your total in the app.

Here’s our current delivery structure:
  • Free delivery on your first 5 orders (always!)
  • Free delivery on any order over $50
  • $0.99 delivery fee on orders between $30.01 and $49.99
  • $2.99 delivery free on orders under $30

To find out your total, add your items to your cart and head to the checkout. Once at the checkout screen, your delivery charges will be displayed.

Sales tax is charged according to your jurisdiction.

FAILED DELIVERIES
Never our favourite, but they happen. You may be charged for any items and delivery fees in the event of a failed delivery if you've caused such failure for any reason.

Reasons you may be responsible include (but aren't limited to):
  • No one came to the door when the rider arrived.
  • No one picked-up the phone when the rider contacted you using the contact information you provided.
  • Someone answered the phone, but then failed to provide rider access within a reasonable amount of time, and the rider was unable to find a safe location to leave your order.
  • You fail to provide proof of age for certain products in accordance with the "Age restricted products" section of our Privacy Policy.
