ASAP! Most orders are delivered within 15 minutes. On rare occasions it might take a bit longer because of weather or road conditions.

Can I change the delivery address?
Your courier is almost with you! Please message our support team on the Tiggy app right away so we can look into our options.
I need to cancel my order
Things happen, we totally get it. Please message our support team on the Tiggy app explaining the reason why you need to cancel and we’ll try our best to resolve it for you.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution. Refunds to international credit cards can take longer.
My credit card/payment was rejected. What should I do?
Please check that your information was entered correctly. You can contact our support team on the Tiggy app if you still need assistance. We’re available 24/7.
Can I pay Tiggy by cash instead?
Unfortunately, cash is not an option.
My order is late!
Our delivery crew is working hard to serve you, but sometimes delays can happen because of weather conditions or traffic (is there a hockey game tonight?) If you’ve been waiting more than 30 minutes please get in touch with our support team on the Tiggy app and we’ll see what the hold up is.
Should I tip my courier?
Tips are not expected, but always greatly appreciated. You can now tip your courier on the Tiggy app.
My order doesn’t meet my quality standards (damaged goods or packaging, stale produce, etc.)
Please contact our support team on the Tiggy app and we’ll be more than happy to help in providing a replacement or a refund. Make sure you have photo proof ready to share with us.
